At The Lux Room 112, for 25 people we elevate your events with elegant decor and versatile space designed to accommodate any occasion. Our thoughtfully curated ambiance perfectly blends sophistication and comfort, ensuring a memorable experience for you and your guests. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or celebration, The Lux Room 112 is your ultimate destination for creating unforgettable moments.








Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable rental deposit of $250.00 is due to the facility at the contract signing. The rest of the balance due will be paid by Cash or Cashier’s Check three (14) days before the date of the event. Additional time may be available for your event at $250 per hour as well. All events are allotted (2) hours for set-up and (1) for clean-up. In the event that the event exceeds (1) hour clean up a fee of $100 will be due immediately. If event is extended the day of the event and or during the event an additional fee of $450 per hour is due immediately. In addition, the following terms and conditions apply: If event is cancelled with 60+ days’ notice, booking amount paid (minus 15% and Security deposit) will be refunded. Between 60 and 15 days prior to the event, booking amount paid (minus 30% and Security deposit) will be refunded. Expenses incurred such as rentals or purchases necessary to produce your event will not be refunded. No rescheduling, refunds or cancellations can be accommodated within the 15 days prior to the event.
